Responsibilities

1. Engage with both current and prospective clients to understand their technical and business challenges
2. Present and demonstrate SingleStore product offering to fortune 500 companies.
3. Enthusiastic about the data analytics and data engineering landscape
4. Provide valuable feedback to product teams based on client interactions
5. Stay up to date with database technologies and the SingleStore product offerings

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical pre-sales role
2. Broad range of experience within large-scale database and/or data warehousing technologies
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to large corporate organizations
4. Experience with Kubernetes and Linux is a plus
5. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
6. Strong team player with interpersonal skills
7. Preferred experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and ETL Tools such as Talend or Informatica.  
8. Next generation' personality (Cloud, AI experience)
9. Experience with some cutting edge Cloud Products/Companies
10. Demonstrated proficiency in ANSI SQL query languages
11. Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Scala or Java
12. Understanding of private and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware
13. Preferred experience with prompt Engineering
