Summary
As the Content and Operations Specialist for the UK market, you will bridge content creation with operational excellence. By maintaining a deep understanding of local market trends, user behaviours, and Bitpanda’s operational needs, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and execution across teams. You’ll act as a liaison between operational hubs, content creators, and the Vienna main hub, supporting decision-making processes and aligning localized strategies with overarching goals.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate communication, strategy alignment, and smooth operational execution between local teams and Vienna’s main operational hub.
- Monitor and address operational issues in the UK market, creating knowledge-sharing materials and user-oriented content, and ensuring teams can act locally while aligning with international goals.
- Quickly adapt to agile operational setups in the Crypto-financial ecosystem, identifying gaps between operational teams, local market trends, and user behaviours to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support local managers and cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Product) to coordinate market-specific projects and optimize workflows.
- Align operational needs with content strategies, ensuring Helpdesk, internal, and customer-facing materials enhance user experience and support business objectives.
Who you are
- Relevant experience in a hybrid role involving content, operations, or strategy, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics for the UK market.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher), with the ability to bridge communication between local and international teams.
- A fast learner with a strategic mindset, capable of navigating agile operational setups and aligning local market needs with global goals.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable solutions.
- Experienced in collaborating with diverse and remote teams across functions (Customer Support, Marketing, Operations) to drive the smooth execution of initiatives.
