Summary
As a Sr. Manager Business Development, RippleX, we welcome candidates with equivalent experience in addition to those with educational requirements in RippleX. You will play a pivotal role in advancing Institutional DeFi within the finance and insurance sectors by driving the adoption of XRPL. Collaboration with our exceptionally talented product, engineering, and marketing teams will be key to your success in this dynamic market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Co-develop and complete Ripple's business development strategy for Institutional DeFi.
- Build balanced partnerships with developers, issuers, and institutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to launch new products and services.
- Identify and engage financial institutions interested in tokenized assets.
- Represent Ripple at industry events and conferences.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales.
- Relevant experience in Institutional DeFi, blockchain technologies, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of tokenized assets and stablecoins.
- Proven success in developing partnerships and complex deals.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
