Summary

We are seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer with expertise in Web3 technologies to lead the integration of Chainlink products into non-EVM blockchain ecosystems. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain development, decentralized systems, and a deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in bridging Chainlink's functionality to non-EVM chains, driving innovation, and expanding its capabilities across diverse blockchain environments

Your Impact:

1. Lead the integration of Chainlink’s applications into Non-EVM blockchains.
2. Work closely with fellow engineers to build the end to end experience for your products, including but not limited to dApps, data services, smart contracts, monitoring, and tooling

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience working in Web3.
2. 5-10+ years of professional programming experience. 
3. Strong proficiency in at least one Smart Contract programming language (Solidity, Rust, FunC, Move)
4. Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, such as consensus algorithms and cryptography
5. Firm understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
6. Experience with backend development and concurrent programming
7. Projects where one has led a complex integration and/or feature that included numerous internal/external lateral/vertical stakeholders
8. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Desired:

1. Experience with distributed systems and p2p networking
2. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an async team setting
3. Have participated in hackathons or demonstrated hands-on development work via personal projects (active GitHub profile)
4. Experience working on open-source projects
5. Relevant cryptography certifications, such as Certified Blockchain Solution Architect (CBSA) or Certified Blockchain Developer (CBD)
6. Experience with other high-level programming languages (Python, Golang, C++, TypeScript)
