Summary

You would be supporting the company leadership on key initiatives. This is a highly visible and complex role for hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and 

 You will be:

1. Driving important initiatives to achieve operational goals
2. Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
3. Overseeing day-to-day operations of a business unit
4. Leading and executing key company initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders

Location: Bengaluru, India / Mumbai, India (in-office role)

Requirements

1. MBA (or equivalent) degree from a top-tier university, with STEM or another highly quantitative undergrad degree.
2. A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas.
3. Atleast 5 years of previous experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, similar roles in fast growing technology company.
4. Non-linear career with exposure to diverse problem statements and markets.
5. Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
