Summary

Duration: Full-time; Location: Remote (from UTC-5 to UTC+3), Preferred: Europe 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy & Operations Manager, with a focus on strategic planning, operational execution, and high-level coordination. As the right-hand person to our founder at our leading crypto foundation, you will play a critical role in driving organizational objectives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, making strategic decisions that drive growth and success while also advancing the foundation's mission forward.

Day to Day

1. Lead, develop and execute strategic projects across different functions
2. Provide operational support,ensuring timely and effective decision-making on key issues such as partnerships, community development, and ecosystem growth
3. Analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions that drive progress and resolve obstacles
4. Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives across various teams, including ecosystem development, developer relations, marketing, and community outreach
5. Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including teams and departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

Must Have

1. 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of high-level execution, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
2. Experience or strong interest in web3, crypto, blockchain or tokenomics.
3. Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
4. Hyper competent and able to adapt to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
5. Strong ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that drive growth and success
