The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to drive the growth of eNor Securities' institutional business by identifying, developing, and closing high-value structured sales transactions involving tokenization and other innovative financial solutions for institutional investors across the region [Brazil].

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, qualify, and onboard new institutional clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  3. Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop deep product knowledge of tokenization and other structured financial products. Position eNor Securities as a thought leader in the space.
  4. Transaction Execution: Structure and execute complex tokenization transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, debt structure, etc. Experience in Web3, blockchain and Crypto is highly desirable.
  3. Existing network of clients including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc would also be a big plus
  4. Originate a portfolio of VIP clients (including both institutional clients and high net-worth individuals)
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
  8. Fluency in English is mandatory.
