Summary

The Brand Success & Operations Specialist Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a Brand Success & Operations Specialist, you will work alongside the Ads & Brands Partnerships team to develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility on the platform.

You Will:

1. Identify growth opportunities for brands on the platform, developing targeted campaigns to boost their visibility and overall success.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to brand growth.
3. Campaign Operations: Collaborate with the brand success & operations team to ensure accurate setup, tracking, and delivery of campaigns. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving campaign-related issues.
4. Client Insights: Help create client-ready reports that will support the RFPs and pitch process.
5. Process Improvement: Help streamline Brand Partnerships processes by building templates and improved workflows.

You Have:

1. Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Passionate and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
3. Experience in working in marketing, operations, and strategic execution.
4. Excited to build and foster relationships and networks.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to internship opportunities.
