Summary
Responsibilities
- Support the entire interview process for candidates, including scheduling interviews, video interviews, and offer management
- Arrange and supervise background checks
- Arrange travel and accommodation for interviews and events as necessary
- Rapid communication throughout the process to improve candidate experience
- Data management for recruitment management system
- Accurately update and manage job postings
- Contributing to recruitment projects (events, campaigns, process creation, report creation, etc.)
- Schedule and participate in onboarding sessions for new employees
Eligibility requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment coordination or HR related work
- Experience using an ATS (Application Tracking System) will be preferred
- Solution-oriented, reliable and able to anticipate the needs of candidates and recruiting teams
- Ability to travel to company events and off-site locations as needed
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
