Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Support the entire interview process for candidates, including scheduling interviews, video interviews, and offer management      
  2. Arrange and supervise background checks
  3. Arrange travel and accommodation for interviews and events as necessary      
  4. Rapid communication throughout the process to improve candidate experience
  5. Data management for recruitment management system
  6. Accurately update and manage job postings      
  7. Contributing to recruitment projects (events, campaigns, process creation, report creation, etc.)
  8. Schedule and participate in onboarding sessions for new employees

Eligibility requirements:

  1. 1-2 years experience in recruitment coordination or HR related work
  2. Experience using an ATS (Application Tracking System) will be preferred
  3.  Solution-oriented, reliable and able to anticipate the needs of candidates and recruiting teams
  4. Ability to travel to company events and off-site locations as needed
  5. Fluent in both English and Japanese.
