Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to identify potential matches for current and future job openings.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Recruitment Administration: Provide administrative support in recruitment-related tasks, such as drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing candidate pipelines.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize candidate selection processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the Web3 industry and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
