Summary

As a Recruiter at Bitpanda you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and selecting top-tier talent to support the company hiring needs across Technology, Product and more. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber candidates who possess the skills and cultural fit required to thrive in our innovative work environment.

What you’ll do

  1. Recruit top talent globally for our Tech hubs in Vienna, Barcelona and, Bucharest.
  2. You will manage the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process and build relevant global sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
  3. Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  4. Partnering with our hiring leaders across the business to understand the hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals. 
  5. Provide a flawless, high-touch candidate interview experience for every candidate from application through to offer stage. 
  6. Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview.
  7. Track and analyse data to properly report on hiring progress to stakeholders and business leadership on a regular basis.

Who you are

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience as a full lifecycle recruiter within a fast-paced growth environment, ideally with focus on Technology, Software Engineering, Product Development and more.
  2. Consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting talent, and solving business issues by designing effective hiring strategies.
  3. Experience building productive relationships across the business and influencing your stakeholders.
  4. Analytical mindset, always trying to find ways to optimize your hiring practices based on data and report back to the business – we love data and want you to support hiring rationale based on insights.
  5. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  6. Excellent written and verbal skills in English are a hard requirement. German language skills are a bonus.
