Summary

What you'll do

  1. Perform the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, offer negotiation, etc.
  2. Build pipeline of candidates using a variety of sourcing channels.
  3. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for hiring managers to review.
  4. Manage multiple candidate channels including referrals, job boards, advertising and other sourcing channels.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring requirements and organizational needs.
  6. Ensure candidates have a good candidate experience including managing and contacting candidates.
  7. Assist in the planning of employer branding initiatives.
  8. Perform other tasks as required by direct manager.

What we expect from you

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  2. Good communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  3. Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job sites, social networks, references etc.).
  4. Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  5. Able to research about current talent market and talent acquisition trends.
  6. Experience in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus.
  7. Sourcing experience of end-to-end recruitment for a technology startup/e-commerce/recruitment agency is a plus.
  8. Crypto and/or e-wallet company experience is a big plus.
  9. Good understanding of local employment laws is a big plus.
