Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for technical roles across our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements for positions and use your expertise to attract and assess the best candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
  3. Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback throughout the process.
  6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation.
  7. Build and maintain relationship with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and relevant industry changes to better understand the technical skillsets needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and best practices.

Requirement:

  1. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on recruiting for technical positions
  2. Strong understanding of technical skills and job requirements for roles in IT and software development.
  3. Experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates using various recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Google X-Ray Search etc.).
  4. Excellent interview skills, with the ability to assess both technical and soft skills effectively.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
  6. Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is added advantage
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
  9. Master degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

Note:

Exposure on Web3.0/Game Development Hiring is preferred
