Summary

Our Talent Management team drives the strategy and programs that empower our Hoodies to grow and thrive at Robinhood. As the Talent Management Partner, Employee Onboarding,you will take full ownership of our global onboarding programs, working to create a seamless and memorable new hire experience that welcomes new team members into our culture and sets them up for success. You’ll scale onboarding processes to meet the demands of our growing organization, ensuring efficiency and excellence in everything we do.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for building programs from scratch, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring every new hire feels like part of the Robinhood team from day one. If you have experience in designing and operationalizing onboarding programs that combine the best of efficiency, engagement, and impact, this role is for you!

What you’ll do

  1. Own and continuously improve the global onboarding experience for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging process from offer acceptance through the first 90 days; while ensuring compliance with company policies and regional employment regulations
  2. Design and implement scalable onboarding programs that cater to the diverse needs of Robinhood’s global workforce, delivering a consistent experience across regions and functions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and own relationships with external vendors to ensure new hires have everything they need to be successful
  4. Develop and maintain onboarding resources and documentation, ensuring that both new hires and managers have clear and easy-to-use guides for navigating the onboarding process
  5. Partner with the Learning & Development team to incorporate trainings into the onboarding experience
  6. Analyze onboarding data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, and the overall experience
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on employee onboarding trends to benchmark and keep Robinhood at the forefront of onboarding

What you bring

  1. 7-8+ years of experience in employee onboarding in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience working in distributed and virtual work environments is a plus
  2. Shown success in designing, scaling, and implementing onboarding programs globally; ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple regions and cultures
  3. Strong communication skills, project management skills, and capability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines in a dynamic environment
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships across teams, working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver exceptional results
  5. A data-driven mentality: you're able to synthesize insights from feedback and metrics to continually improve onboarding programs
  6. A passion for creating a welcoming and equitable experience for all new hires
