Summary

Limit Break is looking for a TA Operations Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in our Tokyo office. As a valued addition to the Limit Break TA Operations team, in this role you will have the opportunity to handle offer management, through onboarding and your work will contribute to establishing Limit Break’s reputation as an excellent place to interview at and work for. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization as we scale. 

You will partner with our Talent Operations Manager to help create a truly world class candidate experience and empower our recruitment team to thrive by supporting them with systems and processes.  

You will have the opportunity to:

●      Organize all facets of a candidate's interview process: including interview scheduling, video interviews, and offer management, initiate and monitor background checks and provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including booking travel and accommodations when needed for interviews and events.

●      Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the entire interview and onboarding process.

 You will maintain the data integrity of your candidates in the Applicant tracking system (Lever). 

●      You will help maintain accurate job postings in the ATS and on job boards as necessary. 

●      You will contribute to various recruiting projects on as needed basis including but not limited to Events, and campaigns, process creation and reporting. 

●      Schedule and participate in New Hire Onboarding sessions

Qualifications:

●      1-2 years experience in recruiting coordination, or Human Resources or related fast paced environment.

●      Experience with calendaring tools and familiar with scheduling in multiple time zones.

●      Bi-lingual in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)

●      Experience using an ATS system is preferred.

●      Solution-oriented, reliable, and able to anticipate both candidate and hiring team needs.  

●      Able to travel for company events and off-sites as needed.
