Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, targeting both traditional and niche candidate pools.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss and develop effective hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, including offer negotiation.
  4. Utilize various methods, such as professional networks, social media, and creative sourcing strategies, to actively identify and engage both passive and active candidates.
  5. Keep accurate records and reports of all recruiting activities, including candidate information and hiring metrics, and regularly update hiring teams and other stakeholders.
  6. Participate in employer branding initiatives across multiple platforms, such as Youtube, Linkedin, and blog content, to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
  7. Monitor market intelligence, staying up to date with hiring trends and competitor analysis in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  1. At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring in the tech industry mainly for engineering.
  2. Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates into active hires.
  3. Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and a variety of sourcing and recruiting tools.

Preferred

  1. Strong understanding of and experience in IT and financial industries, including current recruiting trends and talent demands.
  2. A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to a rapidly scaling, diverse environment.
