Summary
The Technical Program Manager for the Business Technology Team (IT) is responsible for managing projects across the organization. This includes overseeing engineering projects in areas such as Identity, Client, and DevOps, as well as office build-out and construction efforts, and core operational initiatives. This individual must be versatile, overseeing priority efforts while also building project structure/standards for the team(s).
In this role, the person will build strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and leadership through trust, project deliverables, and operational excellence. They will drive alignment across teams and act as the connective tissue throughout the organization.
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver on key initiatives critical to the success Business Technology (IT) organization
- Work with key partners (Security, People, R&D, Finance, Legal) on high visibility projects
- Deliver project management structure using Agile methodology via JIRA
- Create and manage a centralized project intake methodology for BizTech
- Manage the project portfolio, dependencies, and roadmap across BizTech Operations and Engineering
- Identity and manage external project dependencies on BizTech Operations and
- Lead successful staff and department all-hands.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Multiple years of experience driving projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes
- Previous success managing enterprise level cross-functional projects
- Strong communication skills and experience working with engineering teams
- Knowledge of AGILE Methodologies with SCRUM certification(s), is a plus!
- Experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and applying best practices to track execution of projects.
- Experience identifying and managing program risk.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize, driving decisions based on data.
Nice to have experience:
- Background in FinTech or Crypto is great, but not required
