Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Lead the Transition:

  2. Oversee the entire migration process from our current system to a new, cutting-edge platform.

  3. Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.

  4. Bridge the Gap:

  5. Act as a key liaison between English- and Chinese-speaking teams, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

  6. Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.

  7. Drive Execution:

  8. Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

  9. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

  10. Ensure Quality:

  11. Partner with technical teams to validate system requirements, test functionality, and ensure the new platform meets performance benchmarks.

  12. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.

  13. Support Change Management:

  14. Develop training materials and host workshops to guide users in adapting to the new system.

  15. Gather feedback from users post-migration and work on continuous improvements.

  16. Communicate Progress:

  17. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project.

  1. The system migration is completed on time, within budget, and meets all outlined performance and security benchmarks.

  2. Stakeholders and teams across English- and Chinese-speaking groups feel informed and aligned throughout the process.

  3. Cross-functional collaboration improves, with minimal friction or miscommunication.

  4. End-users (Quidaxians) adopt the new system seamlessly, with positive feedback from internal surveys and minimal disruption to daily operations.

  5. Risks and challenges are identified early and managed proactively, ensuring smooth project execution.

  6. Detailed documentation is created and maintained for future reference, supporting long-term operational excellence.

  7. Leadership and stakeholders are satisfied with the project’s execution and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Language Proficiency:

  2. Fluency in 

    English

     and 

    Mandarin Chinese

     (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

  3. Experience:

  4. 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading technical or system migration projects.

  5. Proven ability to manage bilingual and cross-cultural teams.

  6. Technical Know-How:

  7. Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data migration processes.

  8. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.

  9. Familiarity with cryptocurrency platforms or fintech systems is a plus.

  10. Soft Skills:

  11. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.

  12. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

  13. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts effectively.

  14. Certifications (Preferred):

  15. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a bonus!
