Job Description

As a

Technical Recruiter

, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our ongoing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment and Sourcing:

  1. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  2. Collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs, create detailed job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.
  3. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  4. Actively seek out passive candidates who may not be actively job searching but possess the desired skills and experience.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  6. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  7. Conduct follow-up calls with candidates to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  8. Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and handle the onboarding process.
  9. Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records.
  10. Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Represent FRAG Games at industry events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  12. Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database to facilitate future recruitment efforts within the ATS.
  13. Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand through social media, online job postings, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a

Technical Recruiter

  1. or similar role in the gaming industry.
  2. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, particularly in game development.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Passion for gaming and a keen eye for talent.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
