Job Description
As a
Technical Recruiter
, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our ongoing projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs, create detailed job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Actively seek out passive candidates who may not be actively job searching but possess the desired skills and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Conduct follow-up calls with candidates to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and handle the onboarding process.
- Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Represent FRAG Games at industry events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database to facilitate future recruitment efforts within the ATS.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand through social media, online job postings, and other marketing channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a
Technical Recruiter
- or similar role in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, particularly in game development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for gaming and a keen eye for talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
