Summary
BitGo is looking for a Contract Tech Recruiter who will join our team in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on candidate status and gather feedback to refine the selection process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.

Required:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of tech-recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
- Position Type: Contract, 6-Month Term
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 day in the office/ week)
- Office Location: Koramangala 5th block
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
