Summary

BitGo is looking for a Contract Tech Recruiter who will join our team in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  2. Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  3. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  5. Provide regular updates on candidate status and gather feedback to refine the selection process.
  6. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.

Required:

  1. Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
  2. 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of tech-recruitment experience.
  4. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  7. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details:

  1. Position Type: Contract, 6-Month Term
  2. Working Model: Hybrid (3 day in the office/ week)
  3. Office Location: Koramangala 5th block
  4. Working Days: Monday to Friday
