Technical Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter to join the Engineering Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is essential in supporting our efforts to hire top Infrastructure Engineering talent. As a recruiter, you will collaborate with leaders across various teams to identify and engage world-class candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to support the broader Technical Recruiting organization as needed.

What you’ll do

  1. Manage the recruiting process for top priority roles within Engineering
  2. Implement and execute recruiting strategies to activate top talent
  3. Leverage your proven recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept
  4. Act as a recruiting consultant to the business partners by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, running interviewer trainings, and managing interviewer loads
  5. Provide regular status reports to business partners. Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  6. Be the face of Robinhood to our amazing candidates! Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships

What you bring

  1. 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (ideally working on technical roles such as Infrastructure Engineering)
  2. Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies. You do not fully rely on inbound applicants or referrals for your pipeline
  3. Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  4. Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, you accept ambiguity and navigating uncharted areas

  6. A self-starting, creative, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
