Summary

Responsibilities

1. Design, build and refine trading features including spot, margin, futures, simple buy/sell for centralized crypto exchange of web trading API.
2. Track progress and execute on development, testing, launch and operations.
3. Follow up with post-launch improvements and bug fixes based on feedback and data.
4. Collect user and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize our trading products.
5. Regularly perform competitor research and benchmarking.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Engineering, Math, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience with trading and crypto exchanges, ranging from spot and margin to futures.
3. Familiar and keeps up to date with crypto exchange competitive landscape.
4. Ability to communicate and coordinate with different teams: Product, Engineering, Ops, Treasury, Compliance and more.
5. Independent thinking and quick learning in a fast paced environment.
6. Good project management and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time.
