Job Summary:

As a Trading Services Associate within our Agency Lending Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations for settlement of trades and contract comparison and billing processes. We value your knowledge of the capital market and your ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team. Your role will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your communication and networking skills.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills. 

  1. Provide hands on leadership to the Agency Lending Trade Management/Settlements team.
  2. Ensure day to day operations are managed within the key operational parameters determined.
  3. Align priorities to the broader business strategy.
  4. Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to improve results.
  5. Prioritize and deliver results to achieve business objectives.
  6. Identify issues and escalate as needed.
  7. Identify ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity.
  8. Identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of clients/customers/stakeholders. 
  9. Anticipate and promptly address client/customer/stakeholder needs.
  10. Collaborate across teams to leverage expertise, products, and services to meet client/customer/stakeholder needs.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  1. Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements will be an added advantage.
  2. Leadership skills to motivate and bind a team across geographies., Adaptable to change and ability to manage change.
  3. Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives., Logical & reasoning ability, People management experience
  4. Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills
  5. Proficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook)
  6. Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.
  7. Assertive and self-confident, comfortable when interacting with Senior Management, Excellent coaching skills
