What you’ll do

1. Manages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
2. Coordinate fundings internally (management and within Finance team) and externally (banks and partners)
3. Assists in all cash management transactions.
4. Resolves and raises all cash issues in a timely manner.
5. Posts daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and operational receivable balances.
6. Maintains and compiles all account balances.
7. Performs bank account reconciliation.
8. Provides data and supporting documents to the accounting team for journal entry preparation relating to cash management activity.
9. Maintain banking relationships
10. Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
11. Perform related duties as required

What you’ll need

1. Bachelor’s Degree, Majors in Finance/Economics/Business Management
2. Prior experience in Treasury or Foreign Exchange is an advantage
3. Able to manage process changes and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
5. High analytical skills
6. Detail-oriented
