Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Manager with operational experience to support the Treasury function in all aspects of our cash flow, payments (fiat and crypto), bank account management, and financial reporting processes. The role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital finance operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily monitoring of bank account balances (opening and closing).
2. Reconciliation of bank accounts and uploading statements to the ERP system.
3. Support and ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and vendor payments.
4. Prepare and deliver daily crypto and fiat balance reports, including opening and closing balances.
5. Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports related to the Treasury activities and balances to analyze variances and investigate discrepancies.
6. Prepare a forecast of accounts receivable and payable based on recurring monthly payments.
7. Prepare reports regarding to support cash flow planning and liquidity management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
8. Identify and mitigate financial risks in payment processes.
9. Document treasury processes and procedures for audit and compliance purposes.
10. Collect and organize supporting documents, invoices, and receipts.
11. Handle subscription requests.
12. Support in crypto wallet creation processes and crypto payments processing.
13. Build and enhance control environment in treasury.
14. Provide supporting data for cash flow and financial reporting purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of crypto payments, and traditional financial systems as well as background working in robust treasury environment.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3. Operational experience with Jira.
4. Proficiency in microsoft package with emphasis on google docs and excel.
5. 3+ years of experience in payments processing, reconciliation or related financial roles.
6. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
8. Strong communication skills for employee and vendor interactions.
