Summary
BitGo is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our growing Trust Operations team. In this role, you will provide operational support and customer service for banking transactions, ensuring the efficient opening and closing of accounts, accurate processing of transactions, and overall administration of accounts under our custody. You will work with internal and external teams to resolve account-related issues and continuously improve operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and customer support for banking transactions, ensuring smooth processing.
- Open and close accounts within our trust accounting system.
- Perform daily processing of transactions, including data input and system updates.
- Assist in system testing and contribute to process enhancements.
- Manage the administration and operational support of all accounts under BitGo’s custody.
- Respond to both internal and external inquiries with timely and accurate information.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver, troubleshooting account-related questions and issues.
- Work closely with the Trust Operations team and support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by Trust Management.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in banking or trust operations, preferably with a background in digital asset management.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong understanding of banking or trust operations, financial systems, and transaction processing.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle complex data and transactions.
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
