Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process for our products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with our business goals. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create seamless and delightful user experiences that resonate with our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Research and analyze customer preferences and user behaviors to inform requirement development.
2. Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and other methods to gather insights and feedback.
3. Translate customer insights into design deliverables, such as concepts, personas, user journeys, system maps, and user flows.
4. Lead UX delivery from prototypes to high-fidelity designs based on our design system.
5. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality.
6. Continuously refine the user experience based on analytics, feedback, and changing business needs.
7. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the blockchain and broader tech industry.

What we are looking for

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain projects or organizations. Experience designing for institutional products is a plus.
2. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products.
3. Skills:
4. Expertise in UX research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.
5. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
6. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
7. Ability to create user-centered designs that balance business and technical requirements.
8. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams.
9. Independence: Comfort working autonomously, managing ambiguity, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
10. Nice to Have: Personal use of crypto applications and experience in staking.

Compensation & Equity

We offer a 80,000-110,000 USD annual salary range in your preferred local currency or stable coins, complemented by stock options, giving you a stake in the exciting future we’re building together.
