Summary
We are looking for a creative video designer with a keen sense of the Internet, who specializes in creating eye-catching short video content for social media advertisements. This position requires a deep understanding of the currently popular short video editing styles, lens languages, and audience preferences, and the ability to flexibly utilize these elements to create influential advertising content for brands.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit short videos for social media advertisements: According to the brand's requirements, produce short video advertisements with a high conversion rate, adapting to the formats and styles of various platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Grasp popular trends: Always pay attention to Internet hotspots, popular music, short video editing styles, special effects applications, etc., to ensure that the produced content conforms to the current popular trends.
- Material collection and creative planning: According to the positioning of the brand and the advertisement, collect and plan attractive video materials, copywriting, and shot switching methods to enhance the visual effects and dissemination power of the videos.
- Video optimization and improvement: Based on advertising effect data (such as viewing rate, interaction rate, click-through rate, etc.), iteratively optimize the video content to continuously improve the expressiveness and conversion rate of the advertisements.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and designers to ensure that the video content is consistent with the brand image and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience: More than 2 years of short video production experience, especially those with successful cases in the field of social media advertising are preferred.
- Sense of the Internet and creative thinking: Have a deep understanding of Internet hotspots, popular trends, and young audiences, and be able to quickly capture and integrate emerging trendy elements.
- Proficient in using video editing tools: Be proficient in mainstream editing and special effects production software such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci, and be able to independently complete the editing, special effects, and sound effect processing of short videos.
- Creative planning ability: Possess excellent creative planning ability, and be able to provide innovative solutions and unique visual presentation methods for advertising content.
- Adapt to fast-paced work: Be able to efficiently output high-quality content under a tight schedule, and possess good stress resistance and project management ability.
- Understand various social media platforms: Be familiar with the video publishing rules and user preferences of different social media platforms, and be able to carry out customized creation according to the platform's requirements.
