Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content creator with Video, Photo, and Editing skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging video content, with a strong emphasis on vlogs and short-form content that resonates with our audiences. This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional technical abilities, and a keen eye for storytelling. The candidate should be based in Dubai and have the flexibility to travel to Europe without visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Vlog Production:

1. Film and edit vlogs in line with the style and standards of our existing content.
2. Maintain consistency in tone, visual aesthetics, and storytelling to match our brand identity.

Photography:

1. Capture high-quality, visually compelling photographs that align with our brand aesthetics.
2. Work with the creative team to plan and execute photoshoots that complement our video content and overall brand strategy.
3. Edit and retouch photos as needed to ensure they meet our standards for publication across various platforms.

Editing & Post-Production:

1. Edit vlogs and other video content, ensuring high quality, engagement, and relevance.
2. Utilize advanced editing techniques, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance the final product.
3. Manage all aspects of post-production, from rough cuts to final delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Short-Form Content Creation:

1. Create viral and engaging short-form content derived from our long-form vlogs.
2. Optimize content for various platforms, including social media, ensuring it is tailored to the specific audience of each platform.

Creative Input:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new video concepts and formats.
2. Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing, photography, and social media, and apply them to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Travel & Location Shoots:

1. Must be available and willing to travel to various locations in Europe as part of the production process.
2. Handle all aspects of location shooting, including setting up equipment and scouting locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in videography, photography, and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing vlog-style content and professional photography.
2. Skills: Expertise in using professional-grade cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, in addition to video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
3. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to produce engaging, high-quality content with a strong storytelling approach.
4. Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
5. Travel: Must be able to travel to Europe without the need for visa arrangements.
6. Location: Based in Dubai, UAE.
