What you will do

1. Develop and complete creative concepts for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
2. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine innovative ideas.
3. Produce high-quality visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and illustrations, that enhance user experience and engagement.
4. Participate in project meetings, providing input and feedback to ensure creative integrity and consistency.
5. Stay current with industry trends and standard processes to continually bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

What you bring

1. Proven experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work creatively in a team environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$145,000—$170,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$128,000—$150,000 USD
