Summary
We’re looking for VP People to join our People and Culture team to lead and maintain the development and execution of HR Strategies aligned with organizational goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with Pintu’s organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals and align HR strategies to achieve business success.
- Provide data-driven insights and innovative solutions to influence organizational strategy and decision-making.
Talent Management
- Design and implement robust talent management frameworks that include learning and development programs.
- Build a strong pipeline of future leaders through strategic workforce planning and development initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
HR Operations
- Develop and manage the overall people team budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the design and implementation of HR systems and processes to support business growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, including ESOPs, insurance, and partnership initiatives.
- Optimize total rewards to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and requirements across all HR functions.
- Develop and manage staffing and HR budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Performance & Metrics
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for HR and talent management functions.
- Create plans to address identified challenges and implement process improvements to enhance organizational performance.
Workplace Culture & Employer Branding
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Develop and manage comprehensive employer branding strategies that reflect Pintu’s values and mission.
- Lead culture-building initiatives and create a positive and engaging workplace environment.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8+ years of proven HR experience in end-to-end HR matter.
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
- Growth mindset, teamwork, self-starter, can-do attitude, assertive, passionate about people.
- A data-driven person with strong analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, and understand data.
- People enthusiast and strong in employer branding.
- Experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Good knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws.
- Having interest in crypto-related industry.
