Summary

The Web3 Community Manager will execute communication strategies, drive engagement, and build strong relationships within the Spanish markets and wider Web3 community. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing key social channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter), organising online events, and responding to community feedback. This role requires fluency in Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto, native-level Spanish proficiency, and experience in community building. Strong communication skills, social media expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential to ensuring brand consistency and growth.

Responsibilities 

  1. Set, plan and implement communication campaigns, initiatives and strategies;
  2. Provide engaging text, image and video content for all Chiliz key channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc);
  3. Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with relevant community; influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Spanish-speaking Web3 space
  4. Respond to community questions and concerns in a timely manner;
  5. Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews;
  6. Organize and manage online events to boost community engagement;
  7. Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Community and Communications teams;
  8. Build and maintain relationships within the Spanish and LatAm Community; 
  9. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community culture that encourages participation and collaboration.
  10. Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos;
  11. Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, campaigns, product and service developments to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a Web3 Community Manager or similar role;
  2. Spanish language skills at a native proficiency;
  3. Familiarity and fluency in Web3, Blockchain and Crypto;
  4. Demonstrable passion for the Web3 space and a genuine interest in building and nurturing online communities.
  5. English language skills that enables you to work in a multinational team;
  6. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. online forum, event series, email newsletter);
  7. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics;
  8. Excellent verbal communication skills;
  9. Extensive knowledge and understanding of crypto communities & Blockchain technology;
  10. Superb writing skills;
  11. Hands on experience with social media platforms in particular Discord, Telegram, Twitter;
  12. Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
