Who We Are

We are Airavat, an AI-first Telegram-based Crypto Exchange, that reimagines the trading / investing experience with a familiar LLM/ChatGPT-like UI/UX.

Our Mission

Our mission is to drive a global AI-driven agentic revolution fueled by crypto, in whatever form it may take. The Crypto Exchange is our flagship product towards this mission.

The Opportunity

We are entering a limited beta in a few weeks and are looking for highly motivated, passionate marketers to join us at the ground floor.

We are recruiting for two primary roles:

- Community Manager

- Growth Hacker

We understand that most candidates have a combination of the skills needed (seldom all), so we are listing all desired skills and mindset requirements. Qualified applicants will fulfill a good portion of the required skills and ALL of the mindset requirements.

Desired Skills

- Strong experience with some/all of our marketing tools:

- YouTube, Medium, Video production, Article writing, SEO/SEM/SMM, Discord, Twitter, Zealy, Smoothie, Other Crypto/Web3 native marketing tools, Telegram.

- Proven success with go-to-market strategies, ideally with crypto products.

- Experience building marketing funnels and optimizing the Top, Middle, and Bottom of the funnel through to User acquisition/Paid customer.

- Explainer/Podcast style video production.

- Strategies and experience building a YouTube community organically.

- Medium article writing:

- Strong understanding/execution of SEO strategies for site and blog content.

- Strategies and experience building Medium follower count organically.

- Willingness to take on any task to advance the mission of the organization (e.g., help get t-shirts and coffee mugs produced).

- Ability to set up a Discord server and build/engage/moderate the community from scratch.

- Proficiency with Twitter content creation/memes and strategies to build our Twitter follower count organically.

- Strong experience with Telegram marketing/advertising strategies to acquire users from other crypto/web3 communities (given since we are a Telegram-based product).

- Strong experience with AI/AI-powered tools to power/scale some/all of the above.
