Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Onboard global developer communities to use DoraHacks.io, and assist them in utilizing functions such as hackathon, bounty, grant, and idea.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with global developer communities.
  3. Organize offline events related to DoraHacks. 
  4.  Participate in offline events hosted Web3 developer communities. 
  5.  Collect user feedback on products, and summarize operational experiences on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience and study in the Web3 and blockchain field, with enthusiasm for Web3 developer ecosystem development.
  2. Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  3. Goal-oriented, proactive in syncing task progress, and capable of self-correction.
  4. Strong learning ability and self-motivation.
  5. Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills.
  6. Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.

Better to have

  1. Familiarity with common technology stacks and terminology in blockchain.
  2. Proficiency in article writing.

Interview Process

  1. Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
  2. Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
  3. Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
  4. Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
  5. All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
