Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic YouTube Channel Chat Moderator who wants to work with our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our audience during our weekly live streams on YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Management: Monitor the live chat during weekly YouTube live streams, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience, answer questions, and facilitate discussions to enhance the viewer experience.
- Report Issues: Report any inappropriate behavior, spam, or violations of community guidelines to the channel manager.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with YouTube's live chat system and moderation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work during weekly live streams and occasional special events.
- A passion for the content and the community of the YouTube channel.
- Previous moderation experience is a plus.
