Summary

In my previous role as an Online Community Manager/African Ambassador for SFIL (Filecoin Standard Full Hashrate Token) I acted as the point of contact between the company and its online users by working to answer questions, solve problems, provide assistance and resolve dispute members of the Telegram community may have. I also provided 1 on 1 support to help members navigate their decentralized applications. I liaised with crypto influencers and KOLS, leveraging on their big audience to increase holders. I also prepared the contents and drafted the outline for our AMAS, Twitter Spaces and Zoom Sessions (both internally and externally with other communities). I was also a key speaker in these sessions. 

I am adept at communication both written and verbal. I am able to create messages and that can easily be understood which effortlessly reach intended parties. My time management and multi-tasking skills are excellent allowing me to attend to various projects at once. One of my greatest skills is at nurturing relationships and creating communities virtually, in my short time we have been able to partner with various communities.

I worked as a community manager at Filliquid from the genesis and we helped set up the discord server, and came up with various campaigns alongside the social media manager and community manager to draw traffic into the discord channel and create awareness about the project. We launched our testnet, alongside zealy and gleam campaigns, came up with various campaign to draw users into the various language channel within the discord server. The zealy campaign saw over 15k participants, the discord likewise and testnet over 17k unique wallets participating. All this happened within a short time due to strategic implementation. I also helped managed the general channel, helping users with technical support and providing solutions, updating them on our products and the project’s roadmap.

I also worked with Aquarius Capital as both as marketer and community manager, the goal was to push for projects to gain visibility in the African market especially in Nigeria. The first project we took on was Biking Deck, a futures trading exchange. I recruited local KOLS in the Nigerian space with experience in future trading influencing to help generate trading volume for the exchange. It was a success and the exchange got to see a lot of sign ups and active traders from Nigeria
