I'm an FSRA Approved Finance Officer working at Liminal, ADGM, Abu Dhabi (Category 3C) a crypto custody provider where lead regulatory reporting for ADGM and VARA (DWTC) and I report to CEO/SEO. With over 11+ years of experience in finance and accounting, In my role, I am responsible for;1. Overseeing financial operations of Regulated entities and the group.
2. Process implementation and process improvements.
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP requirements related to IFRS 16, IFRS 15 and M&A transactions.
4. In case of regulatory experience I have dealt with ADGM, Abu Dhabi and VARA (DWTC) Dubai related to Crypto custody license and operational process.
5. Payroll, AR and AP process automations.
6. Working Capital management.
7. Management report, investor relation, Regulatory Reporting.
8. Quarterly and Annual Budgeting and forecasting.
9. Transfer pricing requirement of the group.
10. RCSA Risk register for Finance Function
11. Internal and External audit support.
