User Disclaimer - Giveaway

By participating in the cryptojobs.com iPhone 16 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of cryptojobs.com (the “Organizer”) are not eligible to participate.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local regulations.

2. Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins from March 20, 2025, to April 03, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).
• Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, Participants must complete all the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

• Sign up and create an account on www.cryptojobs.com and complete your profile or sign in to your existing account.
• Follow cryptojobs.com’ official X (formerly Twitter) account - https://x.com/cryptojobs
• Share a screenshot of your completed profile in the comments section of the Giveaway post on X - @CryptoJobs.

• Retweet the Giveaway post using all of the following hashtags:

  • #WinCryptoJobsiPhone16
  • #CryptoJobs
  • #iPhone16Giveaway
  • #CryptoJobsGiveaway

• Only one entry per account is permitted. Duplicate entries may lead to disqualification.
• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends.

• The winner will be announced on April 03, 2025, via following cryptojobs.com social media channels only:

  1. X (Formerly Twitter) - https://x.com/cryptojobs
  2. LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/cryptojobscom
  3. Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/cryptojobscom

• Only the official social media channels listed above are affiliated with cryptojobs.com. The Organizer is not responsible for any entries submitted through, or content shared on, any other platforms not expressly mentioned herein, and such entries shall not be considered part of the Giveaway.
• The selected winner will be contacted through Direct Message (DM) on X (Formerly known as Twitter) and will be asked to get in touch with the cryptojobs.com team via the same platform.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize.

5. Prize Details

• The prize is one (1) iPhone 16.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner.
• The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to ensure the prize is delivered safely and in a timely manner; however, delays or issues due to logistics or local availability are not the responsibility of the Organizer.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with claiming the Prize.

6. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:

  • Uses fraudulent methods to enter;
  • Submits incomplete entries;
  • Violates these terms;
  • Engages in abusive or misleading behaviour;
  • Uses fake accounts or automated bots to participate

• The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to the Giveaway is final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in the Giveaway, the Organizer shall not be held liable for any technical failures, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
• By participating in the Giveaway, each Participant voluntarily assumes all risks and hereby irrevocably releases, waives, and discharges the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agents, officers, employees, and any associated social media platforms from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the Prize.
• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects.

8. Data Privacy

• Personal information collected from participants during the Giveaway will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
• By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the Giveaway, without any additional compensation..

9. Social Media Disclaimer

• This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X (Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.
• Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Organizer and not to any social media platform.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• This Giveaway and its terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Organizer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
