The first module of this course offers a basic introduction to fintech. The course starts with an overview of Fintech, important jargon within Fintech, and its utility in daily life. The students will also be able to know more about the Fintech terminology, 4 blocks of Fintech, and features of Fintech Solutions. This module ends with some easy interactive exercises so the students can gain some hands-on experience as well.
The second module of this course is all about traditional financial services and the way Fintech has changed Fintech today. This module starts with a basic overview and then explores concepts like financial technology and financial services. Students will also get to know about the way new technology is replacing traditional financial methods and the overall distribution of Fintech adoption globally. The module ends with the future trends in Fintech and some interactive exercises to gain some hands-on experience.
The third module of this course gives an overview of the pros and cons associated with Fintech. The students will get to know about the risks of Fintech and the way it can impact the financial system. The sixth module of this course covers open banking and embedded finance systems. The module starts with an overview and then elaborates on important topics. Some of the important topics covered within this module include open banking reasoning and regulation i.e. PSD2, GDPR, MICA, embedded finance, and risks of open banking. For some hands-on experience, this module also includes some interactive exercises.
